3 cups: grated zucchini

1/3 cup: chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup: fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons: vegetable oil

1 teaspoon: salt

1/2 teaspoon: white sugar


Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together grated zucchini, cilantro, lime juice, oil, salt, and sugar. Pack into a jar or resealable container and refrigerate overnight before serving.
