Forget about french fries and start enjoying real and healthy potatoes! They will need 2 people:

2 large potatoes
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp mustard honey (or mustard and add 1 tsp honey)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 tsp olive oil
Sea salt to taste. .
Directions
The first thing you have to do is chop the potatoes on sticks, I like them with shell so I wash them and pick them as well. Then mix them together with all the ingredients and bring to the oven for 40 minutes until they are crispy. Take them out and store in your meal prep. In this case I accompanied them with a red sauce of tomatoes from the brand greatvalue that really is my favorite! .
