Ingredients:
300g Tofu
1 Green Pepper
1 Carrot
Quarter Cabbage
1 Spring Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1cm Ginger
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Chop the garlic, ginger & spring onion
2. Thinly slice the carrot & pepper
3. Cut cabbage into bite size
4. Cut tofu into bite size cubes
5. Heat 1 litre of oil in a wok until smoking hot
6. Slowly place tofu into the oil
7. Deep fry for 5 minutes until light brown
8. Remove from oil & drain
9. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in the wok
10. Add the garlic, ginger & spring onion
11. Fry for a few seconds
12. Add the mixed vegetables
13. Stir fry for 2 minutes
14. Add the tofu & soy sauce
15. Add salt to your taste
16. Stir fry for 2 minutes
17. Transfer on a dish and serve
